New infraction system

When a moderator/ admin sends you an infraction you will get points now.
Those points are able to see on the users profile.

If you don't know what infractions are, here is the explaination:

An infraction is a somewhat broad term used to describe the breaking of the law. Most often, the term refers to a fairly minor law or local ordinance. As a legal term, it is generally only used in the United States, with most Common Law countries using different terms to describe similar offenses. An infraction is generally viewed as being less serious than a misdemeanor, and is often handled differently from other violations of the law.

(3 infraction points = banned)

UPDATE: ALL THE INFRACTIONS OF PLAYERS ARE REMOVED NOW AND ALL BANNED USERS ARE UNBANNED.

well, I like the warning system. Unfortuanatelly. I didn't recieve one. yep, you guessed it. I'm banned again. Without warning. Again. There is some corrupt power abusing admin amongst you somewhere.

theres no corrupt power if the main admin is the 1 banning Neutral
